Group Pilates Equipment Classes
Balance Pilates and Yoga Centers prides itself on limiting class sizes while providing cutting-edge, affordable group exercise.  Our instructors are continually updating their skills to lead safe, and effective workouts that are both challenging and fun, and strive to make our intimate studio welcoming and non-intimidating. Classes are available for every fitness level, from gentle/beginner to power enthusiasts.  Because our class sizes are small, individual attention is a standard. Small group classes utilizing specialized Pilates Equipment emphasize precision and control in order to ensure proper form and alignment, as well as achieve optimal results from your workout!
 
Yoga and Pilates Mat Classes
Balance Pilates and Yoga Centers is proud to offer a variety of Yoga classes, including Astanga, Anusara, Iyengar, and Vinyasa modalities in order to suite all levels of student. Gentle Yoga classes focus on developing flexibility while building inner consciousness. Power Yoga classes are designed to challenge the student with strength and balance asanas, and also increase stamina. Pilates Mat classes offer a core-strengthening workout focusing on the precision and flow of exercises. Pilates Mat routines build strength and stamina while emphasizing proper alignment.
